You want a great place to live. We’ll help you find it.

All four counties in our Trust are wonderful places to live, work and raise families, with good schools and a great standard of living.

You’ll need your own car to get about easily in some of the more rural areas – and our car lease scheme can help you to buy a new one.

Norfolk offers beaches, picturesque towns and villages, and the natural beauty of Britain’s largest protected wetland, the Norfolk Broads. With very low levels of crime, it’s been cited as Britain’s most peaceful place to live. If you choose to live in the city, Norwich boasts a Norman castle, two cathedrals and 25 parks. It’s also home to Norwich F.C. and ranked in the top 10 for shopping in the UK.

Hertfordshire is a beautiful county with so many picturesque villages, vibrant towns and garden cities you’ll want to call home. It’s an excellent place to raise a family, with great schools producing top exam results, stunning countryside, and all sorts of opportunities to relax outside of work. And, given it’s so close to the capital, you can enjoy London’s benefits with less of the living costs.
